No. but it’s the most accurate and real-time results to get you to the jobs quickest. By default all mapping is through google. In the event that google maps is unavaliable, you can copy and paste the address to your mapping app.

In short……it’s to guarentee the BEST and most accurate paycheck for you. Clocking in and out for the day AND at each individual job ensures you are paid correctly, and time is monitored to guarentee your sucess. This also allows us to track your drive time and mileage on the road. Every click is important.

No. Customers won’t have any messaging or direct access to comminicate with you. All messages about the home, or job must be communicated to the office to protect you and the integrity of your AMAZING work.

Sometimes we get to a house and can’t clean. Maybe a lock out, last minute situations with the customer, power outage, and more. If you cannot clean the property DO NOT complete the job. Notify the office and they will remove the job from your schdule so you can resume your day.

While you can’t see immediately, you can easily reach out to the office, or request that it be added to the Cleaning Notes.
