We often times have new cleaning techs who are out of training and are needing their schedules filled.

A Flex Client understands that while our teams goal is to always provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee with their work……cleaning takes practice. and a flex client is glad to have their home be our new team members first impression of what 5-star cleaning is expected to be!

In short, you get your home cleaned on a regular basis, and a HUGE discount!! Knowing that we WANT you to call us when our new hires might miss a detail in your cleaning, and we ask that you allow them to comeback and reclean, which also reenforces the training they will have already passed.

We also ask that you spread the word about us to your friends and family, and neighbors on social media too!

Repetition is KEY for our success!!!

Since we are needing to constantly keep all our team members schedules full, we will occasionally ask that you either bump up or down your cleaning day/time that week for any last minutes changes.

This adjustment will be only for that visits, and is less often that you think it will be (in the event of bad weather, illness, or new hires), however know….you are the first ones we will call.

You, as well as Orange Appeal are free to end the program at anytime. If you feel you are not a good fit then we are happy to put you back on the schedule as a “full pay” client, with top prioritized cleaning day/time for each visit.
